The City of Hubbard Financial Report and Audit is published annually, providing the council, staff, citizens, bondholders and other interested parties detailed information concerning the financial condition and activities of the city government and management.

Audit Report includes the Economic Development Corporation because the HEDC is a componet unit of the City.
