Water Utilities
At City of Hubbard, we are committed to providing safe, high quality water services to our community, while maintaining a standard of excellence in customer service and environmental conservation. Feel free to call our office if you have any questions or need assistance with any matters related to the water we provide!
The City of Hubbard's water is treated through reverse osmosis. This type of treatment provides the customer with a high quality of water. The water comes from a well that is over 3000 feet below ground. The water tempatures is extreamly hot. The water is pumped to a cooling tower and then transfered to the RO treatment facility. The cost of producing water is high, but Hubbard does have ample water for many years to come.
